Who are you?
You are both analytical and people-oriented. You love structure and processes, but you find it just as important to truly help clients and exceed their expectations. You are curious, service-minded, and able to explain complex information clearly, even to non-specialists. You thrive in a dynamic environment where sustainability, technology, and customer focus come together.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent level of thinking and working)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or operational role, such as account management, customer success, or project management
- Affinity with data, reporting, and process optimization
- Strong communicator who easily switches between clients and internal teams
- Solution-oriented and proactive in identifying and implementing improvements
- Experience with ESG or data analysis is a plus
What will you do?
As Account Operations Manager, you are the link between our clients and our internal teams. You ensure that clients not only experience excellent service but also truly get value from their ESG data. You are constantly improving processes while actively supporting and advising clients.
- Take over projects from the project management team after a successful implementation and guide clients through the operational phase
- Work closely with our data team during this phase to optimally support clients
- Act as the first point of contact for clients with questions about ESG data, dashboards, and reports
- Help clients make the most of their data and advise them on achieving their ESG goals
- Analyze client data and translate insights into concrete actions and advice
- Identify and initiate improvements in processes and service delivery
- Ensure the highest possible data quality
- Collaborate closely with our consultants, project managers, and technical teams to deliver the best results for clients
